Richard Lindley

Richard joined N+1 Brewin in January 2012 from NM Rothschild & Sons Limited, where he had worked in investment banking since 2008. A Chartered Accountant, Richard started his career in corporate finance in 1999 at Williams de Broe plc, which was acquired by Evolution Securities. He left Evolution in 2006 to become a director of corporate finance at WH Ireland's Leeds office. He has significant advisory experience with both public and private companies and across a range of sectors. His transaction history includes IPOs and secondary fund raisings, M&A and restructuring.
