Andrew Craig

After completing his studies at Waikato and Cambridge universities, Andrew spent over ten years with Guinness Mahon/Investec working across different sectors, most latterly within the TMT space. Andrew has experience with international and domestic companies across a range of transactions including takeovers and acquisitions, disposals, pre-IPOs, IPOs and secondary fundraisings for both AIM and Official List companies. In nearly four years with Ambrian, where he co-headed the Cleantech team which was Extel ranked in 2011, his previous Cleantech clients included Anaeco Limited, RAMPower Inc, Dyesol Limited, Renewable Energy Holdings plc, Enviromena Power Systems Limited, Torch Renewables LLC, Engyco PLC, Leclanche S.A, SeaEnergy PLC, Rurelec PLC, VPhase PLC, Energetix Group PLC, TEG Group PLC, Greenko Group plc, Helius Energy PLC and ZincOx Resources PLC.
