Elizabeth Kennedy FCSI

A qualified solicitor, Elizabeth has 29 years' experience in corporate finance, principally in IPO, secondary issue, takeover code, sponsor and nomad work. She has considerable experience of providing strategic advice at board level. She has been a member of the London Stock Exchange's AIM Advisory Group since 1995 and was its chairman between 1999 and 2002. She is a member of the AIM Disciplinary Committee. Elizabeth is a director of Octopus Second AIM VCT plc and F&C Private Equity Trust plc.
