We are particularly keen on propositions which lie in the space where support services meet industry.

The team has advised on a number of key sector deals. In 2006, it advised on the flotation of Hargreaves Services plc and was broker to Dominick Hunter plc when it was acquired for over £700m, an exit pe of 36x, by Parker of the United States. It has also advised on a number of significant and innovative merger and acquisition deals including the £30m acquisition of the UK ’s last independent colliery from UK Coal plc.
